The carding area adopts a closed cover, which is safe and beautiful.

3. The coiler. compact structure, stable operation, low noise, large tops and strong cohesion. It is a new type of coiler advanced in China.

4. Transmission: Feeding machine, feeding roller, cylinder, doffer, file are driven by separate motor,the drive is reasonable and simple, the process adjustment is convenient and easy to repair.

5. Electrical control: The advanced PLC programmable controller is used to control the running action of each motor. The feeding roller and the doffer motor use the frequency conversion speedregulation, and the two can be linked to the speed regulation, which is beneficial to the adjustmentof the process parameters.
